Holmenkollen national ski arena
Holmenkollen is one of the world's most famous ski arenas, and also one of the most visited tourist spots in Norway. The Holmenkollen arena has been under reconstruction since 2008, but is now ready to host the 2011 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships.
The arena serves as a venue for cross country skiing, nordic combined, ski jump and biathlon (last one not included in the World Ski Championships).
